  1. Bank Transfer or Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT): You can make a payment by bank transfer or EFT to our account at T.İş Bankası with the IBAN number TR90 0006 4000 0011 0351 5126 15 (in Turkish Lira).

  2. Credit Card Payments via Our Website: You can conveniently make payment with your credit card through our website. We offer online payment options with single payment or installment plans. During online payments, the payment amount will be charged to your credit card at the end of the order. In case of order cancellations due to possible reasons such as stock issues, the refund will be processed to your credit card within 3 business days.

  3. Refund of Order Amount: In the event of order cancellation for any reason, Noura Golden Company will refund the product amount to your bank account and/or credit card within 14 business days. However, it is essential that you provide accurate and complete bank account and/or credit card information to our company’s financial authorities.

  4. Delivery: We make every effort to ship the products you have ordered on the same day. For products that require additional processing time, the delivery period stated in the product details is 3 business days. In case of possible delays in delivery, we will inform you accordingly. To ensure smooth delivery of the products, please provide the delivery address of your location during the day. Your requests will be processed according to the delivery option you have selected at the end of the order. The products will be shipped from our Istanbul-based company through Yurtiçi Kargo (Domestic Cargo) company. After your orders are confirmed, they will be delivered to the courier company within a maximum of 3 business days. You can consult our customer representative for alternative delivery conditions. Please note that the delivery services are only valid for Turkey.

  5. Payment Tracking: If the mentioned system is unable to process the transaction due to any problem, the visitor is notified of this situation after the payment page. In case of any error in the specified address, we establish contact with the person who placed the order regarding the undeliverable order. The validity of the email address provided by the visitor is confirmed through an automatic email sent after the order is transferred. We have a responsibility towards both the customer and the bank whose credit card system we use regarding the successful completion of the delivery.

Please Note: During shipment, please open and inspect the packages you suspect may have been damaged in the presence of the authorized personnel of the delivery company. If you believe that the product has been damaged, do not accept the delivery and create an official report with the courier company. If the product is received and there is damage, please send the report you have prepared to the fax number +90 216 519 00 09 as soon as possible and inform us via info@nouragolden.com email address. By completing these procedures, we will initiate the necessary actions regarding your package and arrange for a re-delivery as soon as possible. If you briefly explain the reason for returning the product in this email, it will assist us in our handling of the product.
